The operation involved:

• 22 VIP Sprinters
• 2 coaches
• 2 articulated lorries for luggage and equipment

📍 Starting Point: Kuşadası Port

The operation began by meeting the group as they disembarked from their ship at Kuşadası Port.

We tracked the ship’s schedule in real time, positioning all vehicles together to ensure a smooth welcome.

🧭 A Week-long Aegean Tour

Starting in Kuşadası, the programme continued with a week-long tour of the Aegean region.

With several destinations on the itinerary, vehicle scheduling, route management and timing were coordinated throughout.

🏙️ The Final Stop: Istanbul

The last two days of the tour continued with a city programme in Istanbul.

We offered our guests a programme designed to let them enjoy Istanbul’s history, remarkable views and distinctive atmosphere in comfort.

City transport, traffic management and timing were essential at this stage, and the entire programme was completed as planned.
